Tim Spearman Jr.
Tim is a business consultant, project management professional, and data analyst committed to helping small businesses and community organizations build the relationships, systems, and strategies needed for sustainable growth.
Through his work with the City of Tampa and Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council, Tim served as a regional resource for entrepreneurs. He works closely with business owners to understand their goals, identify barriers to growth, strengthen operations, and connect them with relevant opportunities, technical assistance, and trusted local and statewide partners.

Tim’s approach centers on relationship building. He believes meaningful business support begins with listening, earning trust, and creating practical connections among entrepreneurs, corporate partners, government agencies, resource providers, and community organizations. Whether facilitating a workshop, presenting certification opportunities, participating in community events, or collaborating with economic-development partners, Tim focuses on making information more accessible and opportunities more attainable.
Community integration is at the forefront of our mission.

As Chief Project Officer, Tim also supports small and midsize organizations with project planning, facility risk assessments, compliance support, regulatory guidance, and technology implementation. He brings a structured, people-centered approach that helps teams clarify priorities, manage risk, improve communication, and deliver projects with confidence.

He is also an active community volunteer, including his work with PMI Tampa Bay’s Military Outreach program, where he supports transitioning military professionals as they connect their skills to meaningful civilian opportunities. He also is a Career coach with Four Block. Providing mentorship directly to members transitioning into new industries.
